Book/Tag Sale

The Friends first book sale, combined with a sale of "Attic Treasures" that you will love browsing through, will be held from Thursday, June 18, 2015, through Saturday, June 20, 2015 at the Sandy Creek Grange Hall, located on the corner of Salisbury and Academy Streets, just across from the school. We have a "goodly supply" of books; everything from those by your favorite novelist - romance, mystery or sci-fi/fantasy, to wonderful examples of cookbooks, self-help and healing books. The selection of history (Civil War, WWII) and much more, and biographies of well-known figures from sports, British Royals, American Presidents and Hollywood icons are well worth perusing. Children will be sure to find some books to love in our extensive childrens' section. Donations will be accepted; all proceeds benefit the LIbrary.

The sale will be held on Friday from 11 AM to 6 PM, and on Saturday from 9 Am to 4 PM. Benjamin Kellogg, a published author with autism, from Mexico, NY, will be on hand from 1 - 4 PM on Friday, reading at 3 PM, and from 9:30 AM - noon on Saturday, reading at 10:30 AM.

Friends, and those who want to join the Friends, may attend the preview and sale on Thursday, June 18th, from 11 AM to 3 PM; teachers and SCCS staff are invited to a preview and reception from 3 PM to 6 PM.
